FAQs
Remodeling your home is something we take as
seriously as you do. You will have many questions along
the way. Here are just a few frequently asked questions.
If your question is not on this list, please call us at
210-782-8432. We would be more than willing to
answer any questions you may have.

What sort of warranty does D.J. Edwards offer?
D.J. Edwards has the best warranty in the industry. With
a five year workmanship, 10 year structural and up to 50
year manufacturer’s warranty, you never have to worry
about maintenance issues in the future. The Texas
Residential Construction Commission no longer exists, so
we provide the warranty to you, in person.

What proof of quality workmanship does D.J. Edwards
Home provide?
D.J. Edwards Homes is an accredited member of the Better
Business Bureau and, as a result, has a verifiable
history of keeping our clients happy for the long term.
Building our reputation of commitment to quality
workmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction is
our most important project. Please feel free to check us
out on the Better Business Bureau website at
www.bbb.com.

Does D.J. Edwards offer any guarantee of quality?
At D.J. Edwards, clients only pay for completed work
that they are happy with. We believe if someone asks you
for money up front it shows he is only concerned with
taking your money, not with the quality of his work. D.J.
Edwards number one goal is your satisfaction – not
cashing your check.

Is D.J. Edwards fully insured and licensed?
D.J.
Edwards Homes is fully licensed with the city of San
Antonio and adjoining municipalities and carries
complete general liability insurance. We provide copies
of everything to our clients before they sign anything.
If your guy can't show you this then what he is doing is
against the law.

Will I wind up paying more in hidden fees at the end
of the remodel than I originally agreed to?
Once you sign a contract with D.J. Edwards, the only
time it changes is if you decide to upgrade a product
during the remodel. We never make changes to your
remodel job without your approval. The industry standard
grosses nearly 20% in change orders, we gross 0%. |
